(DHA) is pleased to submit <br />this proposal for professional services to assist in the proposed <br />addition to the existing industrial building located at the <br />Northwest corner of Indiana Avenue and Kemble Street, south Bend, <br />Indiana. Per our meeting on October 15C° discussing this project <br />with the Area Plan Commission staff and Building Department, we <br />would need not only to rezone the property from the present "Mil" <br />Mixed Use District classification, but also request Variances for <br />the proposed building addition landscaping, parking, a partial <br />Street Vacation and a Subdivision Replat. <br />You and I discussed these issues. Per our meeting with the <br />Building Department and the Area Plan Commission staff's we have <br />determined all the required Variances for the proposed site <br />improvements.
