A=COM <br />Timeline and Fees <br />Timeline for Completion <br />Based on our proposed scope of services and your needs for a final report by early December, we <br />commit to completing all work and a final report by the end of November. This assumes that the <br />project can begin by late Septemberlearly October. <br />Fees and Expenses <br />For the proposed scope of work, we propose a fee of $15,000, which includes all anticipated <br />expenses. Expenses include travel to South Bend on two occasions — one for kickoff meetings, and a <br />second to present the final report to clienticity representatives. <br />
