David stone <br />Dillon Amphitheater, Dillon, CO <br />David performed a feasibility study for the renovation of Dillon's <br />amphitheater, which is located on Lake Dillon. The current <br />facility is extremely basic and is not equipped to host ticketed <br />events. The study analyzed the feasibility of improving the <br />facility for touring acts, based on the dynamics of the regional <br />amphitheater market, the performance of comparable facilities, <br />and other analyses. <br />Event Center Feasibility Study, Pocatello, ID <br />Feasibility study for new multipurpose event space in Pocatello. <br />The study included analysis of existing local and regional <br />facilities, surveys of regional businesses and associations, and <br />facility recommendations. Based on a recommended 30,000 - <br />SF multipurpose facility, we forecasted future usage and <br />operations, and developed a timeline for facility construction <br />based on available funding sources and amounts. <br />KFC Yumf Center and Freedom Hall, Louisville, KY <br />David completed multiple studies for the new 22,000 -seat KFC <br />Yum! Center and the existing Freedom Hall. First, an analysis <br />of the viability of the new arena's finance plan was completed. <br />Also, an economic and fiscal impact study estimated the <br />incremental impacts of the new arena beyond the impacts <br />currently being generated by Freedom Hall. Lastly, David <br />prepared a comprehensive financial feasibility study that <br />appeared in bond documents that financed the $2%million <br />arena. <br />R6..w <br />
