Per your email request on <br />Wednesday, October 10, 2012 and our subsequent telephone conversation on Thursday, October <br />11, 2012, we are providing you with our estimate for performing the following tasks: <br />Staking of new Right -of -Way: This includes the two parcels located in the northeast <br />quadrant of Ireland Road and Miami Street, the two parcels located in the southeast <br />and southwest quadrants of Ireland Road and High Street and the parcel located in <br />the northwest quadrant of Ireland Road and Fellows Street ( Graber parcel). (Note: <br />The Graber parcel can be staked once the proposed right -of -way location has been <br />determined). Wooden stakes will be set at the proposed right -of -way locations and <br />paint marks will be made on hard surfaces, such as concrete or asphalt where <br />wooden stakes are not feasible. <br />Review the title commitments (furnished by you) for the above - mentioned parcels and <br />update the four parcel plats that have been prepared under a previous job no. Note. <br />The Graber parcel has not yet been prepared.
