As an aid to <br />the acquisition process, additional survey services need to be performed to provide ROW staking, revisions <br />of legal descriptions based on updated title commitments and preparation of area computation sheets. <br />Wightman Petrie, the survey firm that prepared the original documentation, has presented a professional <br />service proposal in the amount of $3,680.00 to provide these services. <br />The five total right of way acquisitions are as follows: <br />Parcel 1— Miami Street Pedestrian Connection <br />Broadmoor Shopping Center Parcel - East side of Miami, North of Ireland <br />Parcel 2 — Miami Street Pedestrian Connection <br />JR Fox Jewelers Parcel - East side of Miami, North of Ireland <br />Parcel 4 — Ireland & High Intersection Improvement <br />Fitness USA Parcel - SE corner of High and Ireland <br />Parcel 5 — Ireland & High Intersection Improvement <br />Mutual Bank Parcel - SW corner of High and Ireland <br />Parcel 6 — Fellows Street Intersection Improvement (in conjunction with the State of Indiana) <br />Graber Group Parcel - NW corner of Fellows and Ireland <br />Staff requests approval of the professional service proposal in the amount of $3,680.00. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
