ORDINANCE NO. : 9 Q. /3- 9 1 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7998-89 <br /> FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES OF <br /> APPOINTED OFFICERS AND NON-BARGAINING <br /> EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> FOR THE CALENDAR YEARS OF 1990, 1991, AND 1992 <br /> The purpose of this ordinance is to make changes to certain <br /> salaries resulting from the consolidation of the County and City <br /> Building Departments. <br /> Section I of Ordinance 7998-89 as amended by Ordinance 100-89 and <br /> Ordinance 8200-91, is amended to make the following changes: <br /> CODE ENFORCEMENT DEPT. 97 1991 1992 <br /> BUILDING COMMISSIONER 3-4-,--2-4- 42,000 -3-5-,044 42,000 <br /> Section II.
