empowered to issue citation(s) for violation of this <br /> Article to the owner of sign(s) or his or her <br /> authorized agent who erected such sign(s) found in <br /> violation of this Article. A citation may be issued <br /> for each such sign found to be in violation. Such <br /> violation shall be considered an ordinary violation <br /> with a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25. 00) for the <br /> first offense, and fifty dollars ($50.00) for all <br /> subsequent offenses within the same calendar year. <br /> Such fines shall be payable through the City's <br /> Ordinance Violation Bureau. <br /> SECTION IV.
