All rights reserved. <br />i. The City will coordinate the proposed design with Ian Lockwood at various <br />stages as necessary. <br />ii. Abonmarche will schedule and conduct meetings with the City, University of <br />Notre Dame, the developer, and other interested stakeholders as necessary. <br />iii. Project coordination will be performed at an hourly rate, not to exceed, based a <br />projected three video conference meetings, and 8 hours of correspondence and <br />meeting preparation. <br />Task Order # 4: Phase 2 Design <br />i. Survey, 30% design, and traffic analysis of the intersections and connections along <br />South Bend Avenue from Notre Dame Avenue to Corby Boulevard and the <br />intersection of Frances Street with Campeau Street and connection to South Bend <br />Avenue. 30% Design will include the geometric layout and intersection details with <br />conceptual storm sewer routing. Grading and maintenance of traffic are not <br />included in the 30% conceptual design. <br />b. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, Owner <br />shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: <br />Task Order #1: Traffic Analysis <br />i. Traffic Analysis of Conceptual Alternatives (Hourly, NTE) $5,430 <br />ii. Updated Traffic Analysis (Lump Sum) $6,200 <br />Task Order # 2: Phase 1 Design <br />i. Howard Street and Eddy Street Intersection (Lump Sum) $16,000 <br />ii. Howard Street and SR 23 Intersection (Lump Sum)$15,800 <br />iii. Corby Boulevard and South Bend Ave Intersection (Lump Sum) $15,900 <br />iv. Notre Dame Avenue and South Bend Ave Intersection (Lump Sum) $17,300 <br />v. Easement Acquisition $1,800 per parcel (Lump Sum) $5,400 <br />vi. Construction Administration (Hourly, NTE) $3,500 <br />Task Order #3: Project Coordination (Hourly, NTE) $3,500 <br />Task Order #4: Phase 2 Design (Lump Sum) $20,400 <br />c.
