<br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />Storm Sewer Encroachment #4 <br /> Occurs in Eddy Street just north of Howard Street. <br /> The encroachment length is approximately 130’ and the distance varies. <br /> The encroachment crosses Eddy Street perpendicularly, then turns north along the <br />east side of Eddy to just north of Robinson Center before turning back to the east.. <br /> The encroachment carries stormwater from Building “C” to an underground <br />detention system in the Robinson Center parking lot. <br /> <br />Storm Sewer Encroachment #5 <br /> Occurs on the north side of Saint Vincent Street at the far east end. <br /> The encroachment length is approximately 6’ and the maximum encroachment <br />distance is 1.5’. <br /> The encroachment carries stormwater from a private park to a private storm sewer <br />system behind Building B. The storm sewer pipe slightly encroaches into the far <br />northeastern corner of Saint Vincent R/W. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration of this request.
