It shall be mounted 10" away from main wall <br />and 8.5" from the AC chute on linen cabinet. <br />22.3 CPR SEAT <br />A CPR seat shall be installed on the street side of the patient compartment aft of the <br />main action area counter. The CPR seat shall be KKK-A-1822 Change Notice 8 <br />compliant with VALOR A-VAL shelf mount back frame and internal bolsters. The <br />seat shall consist of a four (4) point/four (4) retractors single click internal mount belt <br />system. The seat shall conform to all applicable FMVSS and SAE J3026 <br />requirements. Documentation from a certified independent testing facility shall be <br />required stating the seating configuration has passed SAE J3026 requirements and <br />tested in accordance with SAE J2917, Occupant Restraint and Equipment Mounting <br />Integrity — Frontal Impact System -Level Ambulance Patient Compartment and SAE <br />J2956, Occupant Restraint and Equipment Mounting Integrity — Side Impact System - <br />Level Ambulance Patient Compartment. The VALOR A-VAL shelf mount back frame <br />and the seat shall be padded and covered with cushioned, color coordinated, cut and <br />sewn vinyl. There shall be storage under the seat base. <br />Y N <br />22.5 SQUAD BENCH <br />A squad bench seat with two (2) individual seating positions and two (2) VALOR A- <br />VAL, or equal, shelf mount back frames with internal bolsters will be installed on the <br />curbside of the patient compartment. There shall be two (2) seat belts shall consist <br />of four (4) point/four (4) retractors single click internal mount belt system. The squad <br />bench seats shall be KKK-A-1822F Change Notice 8 compliant and conform to all <br />applicable FMVSS and SAE J3026 requirements. Documentation from a certified <br />independent testing facility shall be required stating the seating configuration has <br />passed SAE J3026 requirements and tested in accordance with SAE J2917, <br />Occupant Restraint and Equipment Mounting Integrity — Frontal Impact System -Level <br />Ambulance Patient Compartment and SAE J2956, Occupant Restraint and <br />Equipment Mounting Integrity — Side Impact System -Level Ambulance Patient <br />Compartment. The interior of the squad bench shall be <br />sprayed with sound absorbing polyurethane material. <br />Y N <br />22.6 REINFORCED SAFETY NET <br />A reinforced safety net shall be located at the head of the squad bench. The <br />sharp/waste container shall be on tip out, door at head of bench facing the aisle and <br />easily accessible from the front of the squad bench. The sharp/waste container size <br />and placement shall match the Department's newest ambulance. <br />Y N <br />22.7 OXYGEN BOTTLE STORAGE <br />A single oxygen bottle storage system shall be provided and installed at the side of <br />the ALS cabinet, in the bottom of the health center.
