2021 International MV/PL Custom Titan 170 <br />Type I Ambulance Proposal Specification <br /> <br /> <br />A5347-0002 11/05/20 <br />56 <br /> <br />VINYL REFLECTIVE STRIPE ON ENTRANCE DOORS: <br /> <br />A 3/4" wide vinyl reflective white stripe shall be installed on the outer perimeter edge, of the inner door pan on all (3) <br />entrance doors. <br /> <br />GRAPHICS: <br /> <br />Reflective Safety Striping, 3M Diamond Grade, two color, full rear body Chevron, QRS Pin Striping, Accent Pin Striping, <br />Lettering, Star of Life Package and all Markings to match the Departments current fleet will be supplied and installed prior <br />to delivery. <br /> <br /> <br />CHASSIS EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />RUBBER MUD FLAPS: <br /> <br />Rubber mud flaps shall be provided behind the rear wheels of the vehicle. They shall be Heavy Duty Truck type and <br />bolted to the inner fender liners of the modular body, behind the rear tires. <br /> <br />VALVE EXTENDERS FOR REAR DUALS: <br /> <br />Realwheel air valve extenders shall be provided and installed on the rear wheel duals. The valve extenders shall consist <br />of the following: <br />- (2) Valve stem stabilizers 2.8" (RW0028VSB) <br />- (2) 3" Straight (RW1260) <br />- (2) 180 Degree Angled (RW -PPK-166-2) <br /> <br />FRONT AND REAR END ALIGNMENT: <br /> <br />The Chassis shall be checked and adjusted for proper front and rear alignment after the ambulance body is mounted and <br />the vehicle is ready for delivery. <br /> <br />CHASSIS SERVICE MANUAL: <br /> <br />A chassis "SHOP-SERVICE MANUAL" shall be provided with completed vehicle. <br /> <br />DRIVE SHAFT HOOP: <br /> <br />A fabricated steel driveshaft hoop shall encompass the driveshaft. <br /> <br />EQUIPMENT: <br /> <br />The following equipment shall be provided with the vehicle at delivery; <br /> <br />Two (2) Amerex (5) lb. Fire Extinguishers, ABC shall be provided. Included will be (2) #861H (SAEJ3043 Compliant) <br />Amerex mounting brackets. <br /> <br />A Stryker PowerLoad Cot Mount shall be provided and installed. (Dealer Supplied and Installed) (Does not include cot or <br />cot compatibility kit.) <br />
