The size of the access panel shall be approximately 11 1/4" wide by <br />24 3/4" high. A secondary removable access panel, on the front side of the cabinet, separate from the removable access <br />cover, shall provide access to the vehicle relays, and be secured with four threaded fastene rs. The size of the relay <br />access panel shall be approximately 11" wide by 23 1/2" high. All the main wiring harnesses shall terminate within this <br />compartment. Cabinet shall be provided adequate compartment ventilation. The cabinet cover and all access pan els shall <br />be covered in heavy duty vinyl to match interior upholstery. <br /> <br />An LED light shall be mounted on the ceiling of the electrical distribution cabinet. The light shall have a switch on the <br />flange. In addition, the light comes with a standard connector for easy maintenance. <br /> <br /> <br />RIGHT FRONT INTERIOR CABINET (Upper Section) <br /> <br />RIGHT FRONT INTERIOR STORAGE CABINET, UPPER <br />WITH RESTOCKING LIFT-UP DOOR: <br /> <br />Includes Austin Life Defender Lift Up Restocking Door. <br />In the upper most portion of the right front bulkhead area shall be a cabinet with a full framed sliding transparent cabinet <br />door which is also capable of lifting for full restocking access to the cabinet. The door shall be held open with two gas <br />springs and held closed with a positive slam latch that interacts with the striker in the event of an impact. The frame shall <br />be made of a custom designed aluminum extrusion and held together internally with corner connectors and externally with <br />a screwed in aluminum corner casting; glued or epoxied construction is unacceptable. The doors are to be .220” <br />polycarbonate material. The cabinet shall extend from the top of the inside outside portion of the right front to the ceiling of <br />the vehicle. Approximate dimensions 19" high by 28 7/8" wide by 18" deep. Includes (1) adjustable shelf. <br /> <br />RIGHT FRONT LOWER, STORAGE COMPARTMENT: <br /> <br />The interior right front storage cabinet of the vehicle shall be desi gned to provide access from the inside of the vehicle <br />only. The width of the compartment from the inside shall extend to the pass thru area to the cab. Approximate <br />dimensions 39 3/4" high by 31 7/8" wide by 19" deep. <br /> <br />RIGHT FRONT CABINET, ADJUSTABLE SHELVES: <br /> <br />The right front inside/outside compartment shall be equipped with two (2) adjustable shel ves. The shelves shall be fully <br />adjustable within the inside area of the cabinet. <br /> <br />RIGHT FRONT ACCESS: <br /> <br />The right cabinet shall provide open access to contents of cabinet area with no door or netting over it. <br /> <br /> <br />RIGHT SIDE SQUAD BENCH <br /> <br />SQUAD BENCH: <br /> <br />A full length squad bench shall be provided on the right side wall. It shall have dimensions of approximately 74" long x 19" <br />high x 20" deep. The squad bench shall be bolted to reinforced members of the framework utilizing 7/16" high stren gth <br />bolts. The storage area of the squad bench shall be accessible by lifting the seat cushions. The inside area of the squad <br />bench shall be laminated with high pressure plastic laminates. <br />
