Liquidated damages of $100.00 dollars per day, per unit will be assessed by the City and <br />deducted from any monies owed to the vendor if the units are not delivered complete to <br />the City by the stated date. The <br />customer reference list shall contain the Department name, address, phone number <br />and contact person. / <br />y_/N_ <br />1.8 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />To ensure the purchaser that proper engineering and production control guidelines <br />have been implemented, the ambulance manufacturer shall employ an integrated <br />quality and process control program including specific process controls for facets of <br />the manufacturing process deemed to be critical. These critical elements of the <br />process shall be documented and that documentation shall be available not only to <br />manufacturing personnel but also customers who visit the manufacturing facilities. <br />The critical elements shall be denoted on the vehicle control document, which <br />accompanies the vehicle through the manufacturing process. A sample of this <br />document shall be available to the purchaser upon request. A continuous series of <br />inspections shall be performed and signed off on the vehicle control document and
