American Response Vehicles <br />43 <br />"MANUAL", the siren will emit a "Wail" tone that rises to peak frequency for as long as the driver <br />presses and holds the horn ring. When the horn ring is released, the siren will coast the tone down <br />until silence or the horn ring is re-depressed. With the rocker switch set to "Horn" AND the rotary <br />switch set to "MANUAL" the siren will emit an AIR HORN tone with a blast duration equal to the horn <br />ring depression by the driver. <br /> <br />WAIL (Wail Tone) mode will produce a steady rising and falling tone will be produced through the siren <br />speakers. <br /> <br />YELP (Yelp Tone) mode will produce a rapid rising and falling "warbled" tone will be emitted through the <br />siren speakers. <br />TAP II function will allow the driver to change the siren tone from "Wail" to "Yelp" by tapping the horn <br />ring once. When the horn ring is tapped again the siren will return to "Wail". The primary tone will be <br />determined by the setting on the rotary switch. <br /> <br />HI-LO (European Tone) mode will produce a distinctive momentary High frequency alternating with a <br />momentary Low frequency.
