Committee currently charges businesses who wish to sell Christmas
of the Whole trees or Christmas wreaths during this Holiday Season.
The following Bill would amend the fee amount to a
Stephen Luecke total of fifteen dollars ($15. 00) for such business
First District operations. All other licensing requirements would
remain in full force and effect. It is my understanding
Donald Niezgodski that such amendments would be necessary since the City
Second District Administration has elected to issued licenses under
this Section as opposed to Sec. 4-38 in addressing open
William Soderberg air business.
Third District
Ann Puzzello I seek your favorably approval of this amendment.
Fourth District
Thank you.
Linas Slavinskas
Fifth District Since ely
Thomas Zakrzewski eu
Sixth District
Linus Slavinskas
Sean Coleman Council Member
At Large
cc: Michael Seitz
Loretta Duda Chamber of Commerce
At Large
John Voorde
At Large
Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand
Council Attorney
