The review <br />will cover conformance to standards, completeness, adherence to sound engineering practices, <br />and constructability. <br />Deliverables for the project include: <br />Basis of Design Memorandum / 30 Percent Design Deliverable <br />• Draft Basis of Design Memorandum <br />• Preliminary Construction Sequencing Plan <br />• Civil Site Plan <br />• Mechanical Process Plan, Section and Details <br />• Specifications Table of Contents <br />• Preliminary Opinion of Probable Construction Cost <br />90 Percent Design Deliverable <br />• Final Basis of Design Memorandum <br />• Construction Sequencing Plan <br />• Civil Site Plan <br />• Mechanical Process Plan, Section and Details <br />• Front end and technical specifications including filter media, filter vessel inspection and <br />repairs, and piping. <br />A PDF set of drawings and specifications will be provided to the Owner at approximately 30 <br />and 90 percent completion milestones for review and comment. The Owner will provide <br />comments to the Engineer within ten days of receipt of the drawings and specifications.
