(a) No person shall build or construct any new building or <br /> structure, or alter, repair, remodel, demolish, or move an existing <br /> structure, or install a sign, billboard, fence, in-ground pool, or <br /> wood burning stove within the City without obtaining, in advance, a <br /> permit from the Department. <br /> f17(b) Unless otherwise provided in the building code, the <br /> fees to be charged for the issuance of permits by the Department shall <br /> be paid at the time the permit is issued. <br /> (1) The fee for permits issued for new construction and <br /> building additions shall be based upon the square footage of such new <br /> construction or addition at the rate of 5 cents per square foot for <br /> the first 100,000 square feet and 3 cents per square foot for each <br /> additional square foot. <br /> KZ%(2) Permits issued for all A00/¢0A0t li yiA/#AV#XX <br /> alterations, repairs #lia remodeling of existing structures over five <br /> hundred dollars ($500.00) , and fence installation and in-ground pool <br /> installation shall be subject to the following fee schedule: <br /> Estimated Construction Costs Permit Fees <br /> $ 1.00 to 1,000.00 $15.00 <br /> 1,001.00 to 1,100.00 16. 00 <br /> 1,101.00 to 1,200.00 17.00 <br /> 1,201.00 to 1,300.00 18.00 <br /> 1,301.00 to 1,400.00 19.00 <br /> 1,400. 00 to 1,500.00. . 20.00 <br /> 1,501. 00 to 1,600. 00. . . 21.00 <br /> 1,601.00 to 1,700. 00 22.00 <br /> 7n1 nn 4-, 1 Qnn nn 11 nn <br />
