B-1645 and SW-237 a Closure/Post Closure Plan <br />for Biosolids Lagoon No. 4 located at the Organic Resource Facility was submitted and <br />approved by IDEM. This plan includes requirements for groundwater monitoring. As <br />part of required monitoring, exceedances of the Groundwater Protection Standard for <br />nitrate have been found. Recent geological work at the facility resulted in a re- <br />interpretation of groundwater flow for the facility. We are continuing to work with IDEM <br />to determine both the source and extent of nitrate. <br /> <br />
