Conboy, Jr. , et al to zone from "C-1" Commercial, "D" Height and Area to "C" Commercial, "D" Height and Area, property located at 3900 block of Lincolnway West, City of South Bend - APC #1465-92 Dear Council Members: The above referenced ordinance and site development plan of James P. Conboy, Jr. , et al was legally advertised on August 13, 1992. The Area Plan Commission at its public hearing on August 25, 1992, took the following action: Upon a motion by Willie Morgan, being seconded by George Nome and unanimously carried, the proposed ordinance and site development plan of James P. Conboy, Jr., et al to zone from "C-1" Commercial, "D" Height and Area to "C" Commercial, "D" Height and Area, property located in the 3900 block of Lincolnway West, City of South Bend is sent to the Common Council with a favorable recommendation as tendered. This property was rezoned to "C" Commercial in the past but a Final Site Plan was never submitted to finalize the rezoning. In the Commission's opinion, "C" Commercial zoning is appropriate for this site. The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and points considered in arriving at the above decision are shown in the minutes of the public hearing, and will be forwarded to you at a later date to be made a part of this report.
