The increase is from fifty cents ($0. 50) <br /> to seventy-one cents ($0. 71 ) per month. The increase in the <br /> charge has been recommended by our consultant, Municipal <br /> Consultants of Indiana. <br /> The increase is needed as a result of an increase over <br /> the years in number of repairs and cost of each repair.
