One (1) <br />greenlightshallindicatethe pump shift has been completedand belabeled"pump engaged". <br />The secondgreenlight shall indicate whenthe pump has been engaged,andthatthe chassis <br />transmission is in pump gear. Thisindicatorlightshall be labeled"OK to pump". <br />Another greenindicatorlight shall beinstalled adjacent tothehandthrottle onthepump <br />panel andindicateeither the pumpis engaged,andtheroadtransmissionis in pump gear, or <br />theroadtransmissionisinneutral andthepump is notengaged. Thisindicatorlight shall be <br />labeled"Warning: Do notopen throttle unlesslightison". <br />The pump shift controlin the cabshallbeilluminatedtomeet NFPA requirements. Also <br />consistentwith therequirementsin NFPA 1901,Tohelppreventtheaccidentalincreaseofthe <br />throttle whilestillintheROAD positionthere shallbe threedifferent safetyinterlocks before <br />the pumppanelthrottlecan be increased.
