South Bend Fire Department <br />One (1)Bhnd Rr Whls - Full HtComp't - Roll Up Door - Natural Finish <br />32-06-1720 <br />RIGHT REAR COMPARTMENT <br />There shall be one (1) full height compartment located behind therear wheels. The compartment <br />shall be equipped with afull height single natural finish roll up door. <br />The compartment shall be equipped with the following: <br />One (1)Vents, Compts, Louvers,Includes Filters(Ea) <br />44-40-1100 <br />One (1) louver with filter shall be installed in the compartment. <br />One (1)Shelving Tracks, (2) Unistrut, Alum <br />45-01-1050 <br />ADJUSTABLE SHELVING TRACKS <br />The compartments shallbe equipped with two (2) aluminum adjustable tracks, vertically <br />mounted, that are boltedin place foradjustable shelving and equipment mounting. <br />Two (2) Shelf, Adjust, Alum 3/16" <br />45-02-3100 <br />ADJUSTABLE SHELF <br />Two (2) adjustable shelfshall be constructed of .188” smooth aluminum plate with 1.5” formed <br />vertical lip front & back.Shelf supports on each side to be constructed of .188” aluminum and <br />bolted to an aluminum extrusion (mounted vertically) by use of 3/8” bolts and spring-loaded cam <br />locks. If shelf is longer than 40” a reinforcementby aluminum gusset is tobe placedfull-length <br />on bottom of shelf. <br />Two (2) Turtle Tile, Shelves/Trays, (each) <br />45-30-1300 <br />The shelf/tray shall befitted with removable vinyl Turtle Tile matting. The matting shall be <br />interlocking modules approximately 12" square by 9/16" thick. This material shall be resistant to <br />heat, cold, ultra-violet radiation, mechanical impacts, chemical actions and is corrosion resistant. <br />One (1)Turtle Tile, Compartment Floor <br />45-30-1400 <br />The floor areaof the compartment shall be fitted with removable vinyl Turtle Tile matting. The <br />matting shall be interlocking modules approximately 12" square by 9/16" thick.
