There shall be two (2) <br />three-piece strap hangerassemblies with “U” straps bolted midway on the fuel tank, allowing the <br />tank to be easily lowered and removedfor servicepurposes. <br />The strap hanger material shall be stainless-steel. No Exceptions. <br />For isolation of vibration and movement, rubber isolating pads shall be provided between the <br />tank and the hanger strap assemblies. The tank straps shall be attached to rubber coated cross <br />members which help isolate the tank from frameflex. <br />Strap mounting studs through the rail, hidden behind the body shall not be acceptable. <br />All fuel lines shall be connected with steel fittings with all fittings pointed towards the right side <br />(curbside)of the chassis. <br />The chassis fuel lines shall featurean additional 4’ of length provided so the tank can beeasily <br />lowered andremovedfor service purposes which shall be coiled and secured at the top of the <br />tank. <br />One (1)Fuel Lines Aramid Braid <br />07-04-0216 <br />FUEL LINES <br />Thefuelsystemsupplyandreturnlinesinstalledfromthefueltanktotheengineshallbeblack <br />aramid braided lines with a fiber outer braid.The fuel lines shall beconnected with reusable steel <br />fittings.Fuel line is compatible with bio-fuel blends. <br />10039-001609/02/20 <br />70 <br />PDF created with pdfFactory Pro trial version www.pdffactory.com <br /> <br />
