Mr. ZachHurst, PE-2-August 19, 2020 <br />RE: Design Services Proposal <br />Roof Restoration and Replacement at the Salvation Army Building <br />Alliance Architects proposes to provide these Design Services for a fee of Nine Thousand Three <br />Hundred Dollars ($9,300). <br />Progress Payments will be made monthly based upon percentage of Services completed and shall <br />be due to ALLIANCE ARCHITECTS 30 days after receipt of invoice. <br />Additional Services not specifically identified in the Scope of Design Services shall only be performed <br />with authorization from the Owner. The fee for these services shall be computed on an hourly rate <br />as follows: <br />Principal $185/Hour <br />Project Architect / Project Engineer $155/Hour <br />Graduate Architect $105/Hour <br />CADD Technician $ 75/Hour <br />Administrative Support $ 65/Hour <br />Reimbursable Expenses: In addition to professional fees, certain reimbursable expenses will be <br />incurred by the Engineer and our consultants in the interest of the project. These expenses include <br />Local and State Design Review Fees, document printing, and shall be invoiced at the rate of 1.10 <br />multiplied times the direct expense incurred. <br />We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with this proposal.
