<br />City of South Bend, IN – Project No. 119-106CR <br /> <br />Price Proposal for Equipment and Installation <br />The key to any successful project is the team. For this project, Nelco Media will be providing <br />A-List broadcast expertsand designers to ensure thatour vision for the project is realized. <br />eSports Arena Approach: <br />Nelco Media is a full-service, premium A/V and streaming organization in Texas. We <br />utilize the knowledge and skills of industry veterans with skills in video, audio, broadcast <br />and IT. Nelco Media is also comprised of a team of passionate gamers and streamers <br />with the background to understand what the desired result should be, an experiential <br />gaming nexus, with gamers drawn to the aesthetic and performance of the arena. We <br />are confident in delivering that result for the South Bend Century Center eSports Project. <br /> <br />Timeline: <br />Work would be completed by December 15, 2020 (with a caveat of timeframe <br />determined by product availability/shipping due to COVID) with a minimum 27 days <br />needed to complete the project. We may increase the number of staffers on the project <br />to compress the timeline. <br /> <br />Products: <br />We have bid the project based on items specified in the “Century Center eSports Arena <br />Specifications” document. If Nelco Media is awarded the project, we will recommend a <br />few changes including the following: <br />(All changes would be suggested to the design team and we would only substitute if they <br />approve the recommendations.) <br /> <br />1. Lighting: While keeping with the design concept, we will recommend substitution of <br />DMX LED lighting for the America DJ Par lighting and possibly the Pixel bar. There will be <br />a slight cost increase, but it will allow all lights on the project to be controlled via the ETC <br />DMX controller. Currently only a few of the fixtures have native DMX support. <br /> <br />2. Truss: We have quoted the truss as listed but could possibly save the project money <br />by using another truss company that we have worked with on previous projects, Mega <br />Systems.
