Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: The initial project scope for this On -Call Survey/Right-of-Way Services agreement is to have JPR under contract to perform various survey tasks as requested by the City of South Bend, Board of Public Works. Several projects have been assigned and have either been completed or partially completed. The following are a list of projects that have either been completed or are currently being worked on: During the design process the following items have been added to the initial project scope: 1) Portage -Boland R/W Acquisition (COMPLETE): JPR originally prepared Right - of -Way Engineering Documents for the roundabout at Portage Avenue/Boland Drive on July 6, 2018. Subsequently a request to prepare a Deed of Dedication Plat for said area was prepared and submitted on August 15, 2019 2) McKinley Avenue Topographic Survey (COMPLETE): JPR was requested to prepare a topographic survey for a portion of McKinley Avenue east of Ironwood Drive where the north edge of pavement was eroding. 3) 4502 South Michigan Street Easement (COMPLETE): JPR was requested to prepare an easement for the City's existing sanitary sewer located on private property.
