Useparagraph numbers in this document for ease of <br />reference herein and in future correspondence or amendments.\] <br />a.Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />The initial project scope for this On-Call Survey/Right-of-Way Services agreement is <br />to have JPR under contract to perform various survey tasks as requested by the City of <br />South Bend, Board of Public Works. Several projects have been assigned and have <br />either been completed or partially completed.The following are a list of projects that <br />have either been completedor are currently being worked on: <br />During the design process the following items have been added to the initial project <br />scope: <br />1)Portage-Boland R/W Acquisition(COMPLETE):JPRoriginallyprepared Right- <br />of-Way EngineeringDocuments for the roundabout at Portage Avenue/Boland <br />Drive on July 6, 2018.
