4) Privet Lane Topographic Survey (COMPLETE): JPR was requested to prepare a topographic survey for the failing structure located on Privet lane. 5) Laurel Woods Structure Survey (COMPLETE): JPR was requested to collect existing structure data for various structures in the Laurel Woods area for determining issues with existing storm drainage. 6) Nimtz Parkway Boundary Survey/Easement Preparation (CURRENT/ACTIVE): JPR was requested to prepare a boundary survey and easement description for a City owned parcel for the Nimtz Parkway Retention Basin. This is an active project. 7) Drainage Request areas (CURRENT/ACTIVE): topographic surveys requested for the following areas to correct drainage issues: Marion Street (Williams St. to Lafayette Blvd.), Fox Street (High St. to Dale Ave,), Beale Street (Inglewood Pl. to Sherman Ave.), Huey Street (Pershing St. to Bergan St.), Elmer Street (Pershing St. to Bergan St.), and Kaley Street (Right-of-way to drainage ditch) b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: c. The responsibilities of Owner are modified as follows: d. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, Owner shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: Construction Documents $21,500.00 Total Additional Services Request $21,500.00 e.
