Evidence of Participation in Apprenticeship and Training Programs <br />R. Yoder Construction, Inc. is a member of the Associated Builder and Contractors, Inc., Indiana/Kentucky <br />Chapter. The Associated Builder and Contractors of Indiana/Kentucky provides formal apprenticeship and <br />craft training that are registered and approved by the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship. <br />This program meets all federal and state requirements for formal apprenticeship program and prevailing <br />wage work including employer sponsored classroom instructions, along with on the job learning (OJL). <br />The classroom instructions are available in Elkhart, Indiana and follow the National Center for <br />Construction Education and Research (NCCER) curriculum. <br />Currently we have two full time employees participating in OJL to obtain skills and participate in the <br />Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. classroom instruction 2020. <br />Should you need additional information, please contact me. <br />Respectively submitted, <br />Jason Yoder <br />President <br />R.
