Installation does not begin <br />until all equipment is secured and in-house. <br />Project Management The project manager, account service manager (ASM), and installation manager develop <br />a project plan and timeline. Resources are procured and scheduled based on the overall construction schedule and <br />availability of the necessary rooms/areas. The project manager meets regularly with the client to maintain <br />communication on progress, changes, etc., as well as coordinate with other trades. <br /> <br />Installation and Programming The installation team completes necessary wire pulls, equipment installation, <br />system integration and testing following the project plan. Any required system programming is complete and <br />customized per the contract and/or client specifications to ensure ease of use for end users. <br /> <br />Training The installation team provides system programming and resource materials for personnel. Training <br />includes instruction for end users on system functionality as well as trouble shooting and basic maintenance <br />training for the appropriate facilities personnel. <br /> <br />Final System Commission The system is tested and reviewed with the client or client representative for sign- <br />off. <br /> <br />Close Out Documentation After sign off, Bluewater provide <br />system as-built drawings. <br /> <br />Service & Maintenance For a nominal fee, Bluewater offers optional service contracts with enhanced <br />selections, including but not limited to two pre-scheduled preventative maintenance inspections for the first year <br />upon completion of the installation; and, providing technical support and replacements parts as required. <br />administrative support. The following section provides an overview and breakdown of the team who will support <br />this project. <br /> <br /> <br />STAFFING RESOURCES <br /> <br />Account Executive The account executive manages communication regarding the project contract and payment <br />schedule <br /> <br />Project Manager The project manager is responsible for communication and coordination with the general <br />contractor and other related trades. This individual manages scheduling of installation labor and implementation <br />of any requested changes to the original project scope. The project manager is responsible for maintaining the <br />project timeline. <br /> <br />Project Coordinator The project coordinator is responsible for internal coordination of the Bluewater team. <br /> <br />Engineer The project engineer is responsible for developing all engineering output documents including cable <br />legends, system drawings and as-built drawings. The project engineer assists with on-site engineering to support <br />the installation personnel as needed. <br /> <br />Installation Manager The installation manager is responsible for supervising installation resources and <br />management of the installation schedule.
