"Letter of Representations" means the Letter of Representations among the Depository, <br /> the Issuer and the Trustee entered into in connection with issuance of the Bonds and any <br /> amendments or supplements-thereto. <br /> • "Loan" means the loan from the Issuer to the Developer to provide for the prepayment <br /> • of the 1982 Bonds. <br /> "Loan Agreement" means the Loan Agreement dated as of November 1, 1992-between <br /> the Issuer and the'Developer, and any amendments or supplements thereto. • <br /> "Mortgage" means the Mortgage (FHA Form No.-4118-D) executed by the Developer <br /> concurrently with the delivery of the 1982 Bonds, delivered by the Developer to the Mortgage <br /> Banker, and assigned to the Trustee, as mortgagee, and any supplemental mortgage hereafter <br /> . granted on the Project (including any additional mortgage securing an additional note insured <br /> by FHA under Sections 232 or 241 of the National Housing Act, as amended) from the <br /> • Developer to the Trustee, as mortgagee, or granted to the Mortgage Banker and assigned to the <br /> Trustee, together with the building loan agreement(s) and regulatory agreement(s) incorporated. <br /> therein by reference. <br /> "Mortgage Banker" means Blyth Eastman Paine Webber Health Care Funding, Inc. <br /> "Mortgage Payment Fund" means the fund so designated which is established pursuant <br /> to Section 4 of the Servicing Agreement. <br /> "Mortgage Principal and Interest Account" means the account of the Mortgage Payment <br /> Fund so designated which is established pursuant to Section 4 of the Servicing_Agreement. <br /> "National Housing Act" means the National Housing Act of 1934, as amended. <br /> "1954 Code" means the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended and in effect prior • <br /> to the enactment of the Tax Reform Act of 1986, and with respect to a specific section thereof, <br /> such reference shall be deemed to include the Regulations promulgated under such section. <br /> "1982 Bonds" means the same as that term is defined in the Preamble to this Indenture. <br /> "Net Revenues" means all income, revenues, proceeds and other amounts received by <br /> the Issuer or the Trustee from or in connection with the Mortgage Loan (including and <br /> 3152.1 7 <br />
