White recognized former Councilmember Tim Scott for his <br /> commitment to the City and the First(1St) Council District. <br /> Councilmember Sharon L. McBride expressed her thanks to former Councilmember Tim Scott <br /> and wished him and his family well. <br /> Councilmember Jake Teshka thanked former Councilmember Tim Scott for his service and his <br /> leadership. <br /> Councilmember Rachel Tomas Morgan expressed her regret of not having more time to work with <br /> and learn from former Councilmember Tim Scott. She expressed her gratitude for his service and <br /> gave well wishes to him and his family. <br /> Councilmember Lori K. Hamann mentioned that he is a patient teacher and that he will be missed. <br /> Councilmember Sheila Niezgodski thanked former Councilmember Tim Scott for his patience. <br /> She noted how much he sacrificed in his personal life to serve the City and she wished him well. <br /> 1 <br />
