If in your neighborhood, <br />the person next to you was getting tax <br />abatement and you weren't, how would you <br />feel. Mr. Bolka responded that if they had <br />the choice of moving into the area and <br />bringing ... <br />Mr. Peczkowski: No, they're already there. <br />Mr. Bolka: Well, these aren't there, <br />necessarily. That's why we're looking at this <br />as part of the justification. In terms of the <br />fact that my neighborhood is interested in <br />building economic value in this area, it <br />makes me feel good for the longevity of us as <br />a society. That's how I would feel about it. <br />Mr. Peczkowski: Even though you are not <br />getting any abatement yourself? <br />Mr. Bolka: Everyone makes their own <br />choices, I suppose, where they invest. <br />Mr. King asked about the payroll and jobs. <br />He noticed that the sixty one jobs to be <br />retained are paying on average $52,500 per <br />year. The new jobs will be paying on <br />average $83,500 per year. He asked if there <br />is going to be a change in the mix of the <br />workforce as a result of this expansion? Mr. <br />Bolka responded that there will be. The new <br />jobs will be administrative directors and <br />managers for the lead functions like sales and <br />marketing as well as research and human <br />16 <br />
