Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (Crowe Chizek <br />Minor Sub - Division and Legal Description <br />Services) <br />Mr. Giulioni explained that this is for <br />professional survey services related to the <br />Crowe Chizek expansion project. The services <br />are necessary in order to finalize the transfer of <br />land and allow the potential bidder on the <br />Crowe Chizek expansion to take ownership title <br />to "legal lots of record." He stated that staff <br />has received a proposal from Wightman Petrie <br />to complete a minor subdivision that will <br />include the new St. Joseph Tower/Pro Health <br />Campus layout, the entire Post Office site and <br />the entire proposed Crowe Chizek expansion <br />area. The proposal will also include the <br />necessary services to provide legal descriptions <br />of the public rights of way to be vacated. Staff <br />recommended approving proposal items 3C and <br />4 in the amount of $15,200.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved items 3C and 4 of the <br />proposal submitted by Wightman Petrie for <br />professional survey services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area.
