South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting - December 15, 2000 t 6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) d. Public Hearing for Resolution No. 1813 a resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission appropriating monies for the purpose of defraying the expense of certain local public improvements for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2001, and ending December 31, 2001, including all outstanding claims and obligations, fixing a time when the same shall take effect. (Blackthorn Golf Course, Airport Economic Development Area) Mr. Rock explained that Resolution No. 1813 appropriates monies for local public improvements for the year 2001 for the Blackthorn Golf Course in the Airport Economic Development Area. He stated that all required notices have been published. Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing and asked if there was anyone who wished to speak. There being no one who wished to speak. Mr. Hunt closed the Public Hearing for whatever action the Commission desired to take. e. Commission approval requested for Resolution No. 1813. Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 1813 a resolution appropriating monies for the purpose of defraying the expense of certain local public improvements for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2001, and ending December 31, 2001, including all outstanding claims and obligations, fixing a time when the same shall take effect.
