COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1812 <br />approving a supplemental appropriation <br />resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. (Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area) <br />Mr. Inks noted that Resolution No. 1812 PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. 1812 <br />appropriates $250,000 for the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. He stated that all required <br />notices have been published. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the Public Hearing and asked <br />if there was anyone who wished to speak. There <br />being no one who wished to speak, Mr. Hunt <br />closed the Public Hearing for whatever action <br />the Commission desired to take. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1812. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />NO. 1812 A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION <br />DETERMINING ITS INTENT TO PAY <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1812 a <br />EXPENSES INCURRED BY THE COMMISSION <br />supplemental appropriation determining its <br />FOR LOCAL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS THAT <br />intent to pay expenses incurred by the <br />ARE IN OR SERVING THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />Commission for local public improvements that <br />$250,000 <br />are in or serving the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />-3- <br />
