Vic's Towing & Recovery inspects all units daily to maintain clean and safe trucks and storage facilities. <br />All employees are required to report any issues directly to the owners of Vic's Towing & Recovery. <br />Vic's Towing & Recovery agrees to report all addition, deletions, and any changes regarding the <br />company's fleet. <br />3.)Response Time <br />Vic's Towing & Recovery understands the importance of being on site within the one half (1/2) hour of <br />initial notification from the city. <br />Bid Proposal Reguirements and Conforrnit <br />4.)Clean-up <br />• Vic's Towing & Recovery agrees to clean up any debris from the roadway and tow site in order <br />to make the area safe for continued use of the roadway and tow site <br />• Debris clean-up equipment that is always available in every unit <br />o Debris buckets, safety chains, straps, shovels, brooms, and fluid absorbent. <br />• All debris will be disposed of properly in approved containers <br />5.) Storage Yard <br />Vic's Towing and Recovery's main office and both storage facilities are conveniently located within one <br />mile of The City of South Bends Police Department where customers are required to pick up their vehicle <br />release forms. <br />❖ 825 S.
