South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - December 01, 2000 <br />VA 9 <br />Mr. Inks reported that the F. Jay Nimtz award <br />ceremony would be held on December 04, 2000 at <br />4:00 p.m. in the Colfax Cutural Center. <br />Mr. Rock reported that work is being done on the <br />road for Global Motor Sports and Tire Rack. <br />Mr. Pairitz and Mr. Acosta reported to the <br />Commission their plans for opening an authentic <br />Irish pub to be located in the Palais Royal Retail <br />Space at 101 W. Colfax Avenue. The pub will also <br />serve food and provide live entertainment. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Commission is scheduled for December 15, 2000, at <br />10:00 a.m. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />Redevelopment Commission, Ms. Jones made a <br />motion that the meeting be adjourned.
