South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - September 15, 2000 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />d. continued... <br />Mr. Hunt noted that there would need to be <br />separate motions for the contract and the right of <br />entry. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Contract for the <br />Sale/Purchase of Real Estate with Indiana <br />Michigan Power Company. (formerly Indiana & <br />Michigan Electric Company) <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CONTRACT <br />FOR THE SALE/PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE <br />WITH INDIANA MICHIGAN POWER <br />COMPANY (FORMERLY INDIANA & <br />MICHIGAN ELECTRIC COMPANY) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />COMMISSION AUTHORIZED MS. GREENE TO <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />FINALIZE AN AGREEMENT FOR A <br />TEMPORARY RIGHT OF ENTRY TO BE <br />Commission authorized Ms. Greene to finalize <br />EFFECTIVE UNTIL ENTIRE SITE IS <br />an agreement for a temporary right of entry to be <br />ASSEMBLED. <br />effective until entire site is assembled. <br />e. Commission approval requested for Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 1139 N. <br />Johnson. (Richard Johnson III & Genoah <br />Johnson) <br />Mr. Inks noted that this is a Loan and Grant for <br />home improvements. He stated that the Loan <br />amount is $6,200.00 and that the Grant amount is <br />$2,580.60. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable Loan Program <br />for property located at 1139 N. Johnson. <br />(Richard Johnson III & Genoah Johnson) <br />L Commission approval requested for proposal <br />for professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Aerial <br />photography and mapping) <br />Mr. Case explained that the proposal is from <br />Williams Aerial & Mapping, Inc. for aerial <br />photography of the Blackthorn Office Park and <br />the Airport Economic Development Area in the <br />-7- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN AND <br />GRANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />AFFORDABLE LOAN PROGRAM FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1139 N. JOHNSON <br />(RICHARD JOHNSON III & GENOAH <br />JOHNSON) <br />
