NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />n. continued... <br />Mr. Giulioni noted that the appraisal is in relation <br />to the disposition of properties which the <br />Commission is currently moving to acquire. He <br />stated that the proposal is from R.E. <br />McCloskey& Associates, Inc in the amount of <br />$1,500. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal for <br />professional services in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Appraisal services for <br />property in the Block Six/River Glen Office <br />Campus) <br />o. Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (Lease Rate <br />Analyses for the Wayne St. Garage Retail <br />Space, Baer Barkley & Co. and Farrington <br />Appraisals) <br />Mr. Giulioni explained that item 6.o is a <br />duplicate of item 5.a and was placed on the <br />agenda by mistake. <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />Addendum to Professional Environmental <br />Services in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Grauvogel & Associates) <br />Mr. Giulioni noted that additional services were <br />needed in relation to preparing the specifications <br />for demolition of the Design Packaging and the <br />HTI buildings.
