Cox) <br />Mr. Inks stated this is a request for approval for a <br />Loan in the amount of $4,450 for home repairs <br />for property located at 840 S. 28' St. The grant <br />amount is $4,279. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the request for a Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 840 S. 28`' St. <br />(Ronald R.Cox & Shelly E. Sadie. <br />(Charles Orgain) <br />Mr. Inks stated this is a request for approval for <br />Loan in the amount of $8,750 for home repairs <br />for property located at 115 N. Sadie.
