Commission approval requested on Public <br />Hearing for Resolution No. 1758. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by COMMISSION ADOPTED AMENDED <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the RESOLUTION NO. 1758 AMENDING THE <br />SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1758 AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN EXCLUDING <br />Amending the South Bend Central Development PROPERTY LOCATED AT 710 N. NILES AVE. <br />Area Development Plan, as amended to exclude <br />the property at 710 N. Niles Ave.. <br />c. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1777 <br />supplemental appropriation resolution of the <br />City of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. (Airport Economic Development <br />Area No. 1) <br />Ms. Greene noted that Resolution No. 1777 is a <br />supplemental appropriation resolution <br />appropriating $1,940, 013.00 to make the semi- <br />annual lease payment and public improvements <br />in the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the public hearing for anyone <br />who wished to speak regarding Resolution 1777. <br />There being no one who wished to speak, <br />Mr. Hunt closed the public hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to take. <br />d.
