Mr. Guilioni noted that the property is located on the northwest corner of St. Joseph and Bronson Streets. He stated that the parcels were to be conveyed to the River of Life Family Church for the purpose of a permanent parking lot to serve the church and its congregation. Mr. Guilioni also noted that the proposed landscape improvements still need to be provided to the Commission. He recommended that the Commission approved this disposition, subject to the staff approving the landscaping plan. Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the disposition of property in the South Bend Central Development Area, subject to staff approval of the landscaping plan. (Parcels M -19, 5 & 6 to River of Life Family Church) q. Commission approval requested for Certificate of Waiver in connection with Rental Rehab Loan Program for property located at 908 9081 Yz South Bend Avenue. (Neighborhood Housing Services) Marybeth Thompson explained that under the Rental Rehab Program 10% of the original loan is forgiven each year if the conditions of the program are met. This Certificate of Waiver is for Neighborhood Housing Services for property at 908 -908 %Z South Bend Avenue. The amount to be waived is $1,600 as of January 27, 1999. Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the Certificate of Waiver in connection with the Rental Rehab Loan -12- COMMISSION APPROVED THE DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY IN THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA (PARCELS M -19, 5 & 6 TO RIVER OF LIFE FAMILY CHURCH) COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE OF WAIVER IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENTAL REHAB LOAN PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 908 -908 'h SOUTH BEND AVENUE (NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES)
