Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />Rental Rehab Loan Program for property <br />located at 916 South Bend Avenue. <br />(Neighborhood Housing Services) <br />Ms. Thompson noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver is for $850 as of January 27, 1999. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of Waiver <br />in connection with the Rental Rehab Loan <br />Program for property located at 916 South Bend <br />Avenue. (Neighborhood Housing Services) <br />s. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 732 S. <br />Grant Street. (Sabrina Butler) <br />Ms. Thompson noted that the request is for <br />home repairs in connection with the Loan and <br />Grant Program. The grant amount is $7,500. <br />The loan amount is $4,300 at 0% interest. There <br />is no monthly payment. The balance will be due <br />upon sale of property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved request for Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 732 S.
