COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1762 approving an application <br />for real property tax deduction for property <br />located at 3801 Crescent Circle in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Crescent <br />Michiana Properties) <br />Ms. Moran read the tax abatement report at the <br />Redevelopment Commission meeting on <br />June 02, 2000. The Resolution was tabled <br />because a representative from Crescent <br />Michiana Properties was not present to explain <br />their request for an exception to the ordinance. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this resolution requests a <br />special exception for a 10 year Tax Abatement <br />3 <br />$450.00 <br />$217,00.00 <br />$100.00 <br />$14,900.00 <br />$ 664.10 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED JUNE 16, 2000, AND <br />ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />
