NEW BUSINESS (CON'T) <br />p. continued... <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this review was <br />recommended by the environmental attorney, in <br />order to have a second opinion on the Phase I and <br />Phase II documents. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried the <br />Commission approved the proposal to hire Hull <br />& Associates to review work done by Envirocorp <br />on Studebaker /Oliver Plow Works in the amount <br />of $750.00. <br />q. Commission approval requested for <br />executable forms of the Quit Claim Deed and <br />Addendum to Contract for Sale of Land in the <br />Main & Sample and Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Ms. Greene noted that RLB1, L.L.C. (Main & <br />Sample Site) has an Addendum that extends the <br />time of construction to September 23, 2000 based <br />on the delay that the Commission is aware of. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried the <br />Commission approved the executable forms of <br />the Quit Claim Deed and Addendum to Contract <br />for Sale of Land in the Main & Sample and <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />20 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL TO <br />HIRE HULL & ASSOCIATES TO REVIEW <br />WORK DONE BY ENVIROCORP ON <br />STUDEBAKER/OLIVER PLOW WORKS IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $750.00. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE EXECUTABLE <br />FORMS OF THE QUIT CLAIM DEED AND <br />ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT FOR SALE OF <br />LAND IN THE MAIN & SAMPLE AND SAMPLE <br />EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />
