NEW BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add item <br />6.o. to the agenda. There was no <br />objection and item 6.o. was added to the <br />agenda. <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1749. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following <br />items be entered into the record: An <br />Affidavit from the South Bend Tribune <br />that the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published in that newspaper on April 28, <br />2000. An Affidavit was not received <br />from the Tri- County News. A copy of <br />the Tri- County News was presented <br />showing that it was published in that <br />newspaper on April 28, 2000. As of <br />10:00 a.m. this morning, no written <br />remonstrances were received. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that amended <br />Resolution No. 1749 amends the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area Development <br />Plan by adding the property at 1315 S. <br />Fellows Street owned by Andrew Riffel <br />to the acquisition list. The property is to <br />be acquired in connection with the <br />widening of Fellows Street. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the public hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak regarding <br />Amended Resolution No. 1749. <br />-3- <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />ITEM 6.0.
