NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued... <br />recommends accepting the proposal from <br />Wightman Petrie Environmental, Inc. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Wightman Petrie Environmental, <br />Inc. in the amount of $1,300.00 for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />proposals for professional services in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the properties at <br />1315 S. Fellows Street, 305 E. Broadway <br />St. and 701 E. Pennsylvania need to be <br />appraised. <br />She also stated that three proposal were <br />received from Huma Appraisals in the <br />amount of $625.00 for 1315 S. Fellows <br />and 305 E. Broadway, Douglas L. <br />Carpenter in the amount of $650.00 for <br />701 E. Pennsylvania and 1315 S. Fellows <br />and R.E. Pitts & Associates in the amount <br />of $600.00 for 701 E. Pennsylvania. The <br />staff recommends accepting all three <br />proposals. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposals <br />for professional services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />-14- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />WIGHTMAN PETRIE ENVIRONMENTAL, INC.
