South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - May 19, 2000 <br />LLC (Corporate Services, Inc.)) <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Use of the Wayne St. Garage on June 2 <br />and 3, 2000, for the World's Largest <br />Garage Sale. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a letter -of- request <br />was received from the Parks and <br />Recreation Department to use the Wayne <br />St. Garage on June 2 and 3, 2000, for the <br />World's Largest Garage Sale. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the use of the <br />Wayne St. Garage on June 2 and 3, 2000, <br />for the World's Largest Garage Sale, <br />subject to receiving the required <br />indemnification form insuring the City of <br />South Bend, the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission and the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Authority. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a Phase I Site <br />Assessment needs to be conducted on the <br />property at Jefferson and Columbia <br />Avenue in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />The three proposals received were from <br />EIS Environmental Engineers, Inc. in the <br />amount of $1,800.00, Wightman Petrie <br />Environmental, Inc. in the amount of <br />$1,300.00 and The Abonmarche Group in <br />the amount of $1,800.00.
