NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. continued... <br />Using the estimated project cost of $1.5 <br />million, the taxes generated over the 10 <br />year period will be approximately <br />$1,468,538. Taxes abated over the 10 <br />year period will be approximately <br />$726,926. Taxes still paid with the <br />abatement over the 10 year period will <br />be approximately $741,612. <br />Frank Perri presented a site plan of the <br />proposed addition to the existing <br />building. <br />Mr. Perri stated that three large, 18' <br />overhead doors will be constructed on <br />ANK the south side the building. All of the <br />dumpsters, and trash receptacle will be <br />moved inside the building. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked Mr. Perri if there will <br />be any dumpsters on the outside of the <br />building. Frank Perri stated that there <br />will be no dumpsters on the outside of <br />the building. <br />Mr. Hunt commented that the <br />Commission has been concerned for <br />some time about the dumpsters located <br />outside the building along Nimtz <br />Parkway. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded, COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1755 <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR REAL <br />the Commission adopted Resolution No. PROPERTY TAX DEDUCTION FOR PROPERTY AT <br />4404 NIMTZ PARKWAY.
