NEW BUSINESS <br />b. continued.... <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that Resolution <br />No. 1751 transfers a piece of property <br />west of the bypass and south of the <br />Toll Road from the Redevelopment <br />Authority to the Redevelopment <br />Commission, which will subsequently <br />sell the property to Lonewolf <br />Enterprises, LLC. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, <br />seconded by Mr. Kahn and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />adopted Resolution No. 1751 <br />accepting the transfer of real property <br />from the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority. <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1752 accepting the <br />transfer of real property from the <br />South Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Resolution <br />No. 1752 authorizes the transfer of a <br />piece of property in the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park from the <br />Redevelopment Authority to the <br />Redevelopment Commission, which <br />will subsequently sell the property to <br />ABRO Facilities Il, LLC. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />1752 accepting the transfer of real <br />property from the South Bend <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1751 ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER <br />OF REAL PROPERTY FROM THE SOUTH <br />BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />-4- <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1752 <br />ACCEPTING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY <br />FROM THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY <br />
